IMAV 2026
September 21st – 25th in Strasbourg, France
After the 2025 edition in Puebla, Mexico, the IMAV conference and competition will be held in Strasbourg from September 21st – 25th, 2026.
The IMAV (International Micro Air Vehicle conference and competition) is a global research event dedicated to autonomous micro-drones.
Every year, for one week, this event brings together university teams, researchers, and industry professionals in the field. The conference is structured around :
- Several international scientific conference sessions
- 2 autonomous drone competitions (indoor and outdoor)
Supported by INSA Strasbourg and the ICube laboratory in Strasbourg, this event will bring together researchers, engineers, and enthusiasts to discuss the latest advances in small autonomous drones.
Organized in coordination with the SIS67 fire department and the 2nd Hussard Regiment, this edition will focus on managing rescue operations in fire conditions.
